   Treatment of Recovered Wash Water is benefited by improved results and enhanced customer experience through the removal of odors and septic water conditions. this is accomplished by:

The process begins with standard mechanical filtration to remove heavy solids, debris, and grit from recovered wash water. This step prepares the water for advanced treatment and prevents clogging in downstream equipment.

BioTech Nano Particle Generators are used for enhanced oxidation and dispersion. As water is passed through the "Shaft" a process of passive elctro-ionization genrates over 300 mliion  nano sized ion particles  which increases dissolved oxygen (DO) and the oxidation-rduction potential (ORP), improving water quality.  This leads to:

• Improved Chemical dispersion, improves foaming and wetting of chemistry. which improves cleaning and drying of vehicles.

BioTech Solutions integrates CRS technology for enhanced oxidation and water conditioning:

  Treated water may be reused in:

• Reclaim Tank Circulation for improved water clarity and separation of heavy particles in separator tanks tank systems
• Reclaim Water functions, reduces filming on vehicle caused by chemical and organic materials in reclaim water.
• Inline Nanobubble Generator improves water quality of reclaim processor. reduces odor and improves water hydrophobicity for improved dispersion and rinsing
• High Pressure Rinse, Wrap Lube and Chemical Mix water reduce domestic water use, due to enhanced dispersion chemical usage is reduced, water spotting and rinsing enhanced due to hydrophobicity of wash water. 

Post-CRS and microbial inoculation, water may be routed to a bioreactor system:

• Blended with RO Concentrate and BioTech Solutions’ microbial products.
• Reduces Turbidity, Foaming, and Odor through enhanced digestion.
• Enhances Nanobubble Productivity through a process called dispersion which improves water softness, lowers water turbidity reducing suspended solids in the water.
