 The BioTech Solutions water treatment process introduces a layered treatment architecture that integrates hydrodynamic cavitation, catalytic oxidation chemistry, oxygen nanobubble conditioning, and targeted microbiology to restore and maintain reclaim water quality. At the core of the system is the CRS Shaft vortex activation reactor, which creates controlled hydrodynamic cavitation. Cavitation generates intense localized energy that breaks emulsions, fragments organic contaminants, and initiates radical oxidation reactions. When combined with the NanoMax catalytic mineral formulation, the system promotes Fenton-like oxidation chemistry that accelerates the breakdown of oils, surfactants, and odor-causing compounds.

Unlike conventional water treatment systems that rely solely on settling or filtration, the BioTech Bio-Ion Technology  actively restores water chemistry and biological balance, allowing operators to maintain consistent water quality even under high vehicle throughput. 

 The process begins with standard cyclonic mechanical filtration to remove heavy solids, debris, and grit from recovered wash water. This step prepares the water for advanced treatment and prevents clogging in downstream equipment.

BioTech Nano Particle Generators are used for enhanced oxidation and dispersion. As water is passed through the "Shaft" a process of passive electro-ionization generates over 300 million  nano sized ion particles  which increases dissolved oxygen (DO) and the oxidation reduction potential (ORP), improving water quality.  This leads to:

  Post-CRS and microbial inoculation, water may be routed to a bioreactor system:
